The Innovator’s Dilemma PDF, Epub Plot And Review:
In this book, the author talks about how some companies may be perfect at everything but still lose their lead in the market and be overthrown by competitors. This may occur due to two reasons. First, one is that the value of innovation is n S -curve. The growth is exponential after being slow in the start. The growth is again slow towards the end. But in the middle, each iteration has a better value. Secondly, the incumbent may have large customer lot but they have yearly sale mark to live up to. The new companies do not have to fulfill this mark and can pay attention to taking small initiatives.
