After The Sundering, the lesser god Auril the Frostmaiden “got back to Icewind Dale to dive it into haziness” and “never-ending winter”.
The mission has two passage focuses, the main set at level one in the Ten-Town district and the second set at levels four to six with attention on changing from somewhere else in the Forgotten Realms to Icewind Dale. “The story opens with a progression of human stories and battles prior to opening up to additional strong astronomical dangers”.
