The main theme of Midsummer’s nightmare is love, on which Shakespeare relies on regular comedy.

Shakespeare is investigating how people themselves will be disappointed with people who seem to be attractive to them. One follows a reunion of six budding entertainers practicing pre-wedding drama. The two circles end at the flower stem where the pixies control people and live with their home interest
