Plot
Since the first two books have taught us a lot about Callahan, this may seem like a fairly obvious point. Nevertheless, Final Offer fills in all of the blanks and delves into Cal’s past as well as his present. Finding out all the reasons why Cal behaves the way he does is especially heartbreaking. Final Offer appeared to have the highest stakes. In addition to being forced together by Cal’s grandfather, both Cal and Alana are dealing with a lot in their individual lives.
It was like watching a movie to see everything develop and return to one another slowly but surely. These two characters had so many loving and romantic moments together. Cal’s story was told, and characters from the first two books made cameo appearances. In addition, as the book progresses, we learn a great deal about Brady Kane’s will for the entire series.
